Dr. Scott Hanlon

KICS President & Co-Founder

Dr. Scott Hanlon is a family physician and former commissioner of the Chicago Park District. Dr. Hanlon also co-founded KICS Cup in 2013 to bring the youth of the world to Chicago to share opportunity, competition, camaraderie and cultural exchange.


Matt Miller

KICS Academy Director & Co-Founder

Matt Miller is a former professional English player. Matt commits his time and dedication to youth players. Miller brings a wealth of soccer knowledge, experience and leadership to KICS. Matt looks forward to providing opportunity through soccer by advancing the sport in the U.S. and the world for youth players.

Tina Feldstein

Tina Feldstein brings two decades of professional experience in innovative Management, Sales , Marketing, Business and Community Development, Event Planning, Real Estate and Public Relations. Tina has an unparalleled knowledge of Chicago and consistently demonstrates a true passion for driving opportunity.


Jim Sharp

KICS Board of Director

President, Deks North America Inc., an international manufacturer of polymer products headquartered in Chicago with operations located in Vietnam, China, Australia, United Kingdom and New Zealand with distribution to more than 28 countries worldwide.

A founding Board Member of the Chicago KICS United FC, Logistics Director of the KICS Cup & KICS Fund Me program, allowing players from all backgrounds the opportunity to play while fundraising annually for once in a life time international team tours. Jim is also an active licensed US Soccer Federation Referee and helps with the referee education of many of our young KICS players.

An avid youth soccer enthusiast in the Chicago metropolitan area continually promoting the lifetime benefits of our youth participating and enjoying the soccer team experience. 


Blair Bedalow

KICS Executive Director

Blair Bedalow brings 10 years of experience in events and marketing and customer service to KICS.  She is a local Chicago resident who takes pride in her city and is excited to be a part of the KICS Community.  Blair has worked with KICS on the International KICS Cup since its inception, with specific attention given to the incoming International Teams.  As an avid traveler, she has traveled to nearly 30 countries and earned her Masters in Intercultural Relations from the University of the Pacific. Always a believer in the importance of building community and understanding across cultures, she sees the importance of an organization like KICS and supports our initiative that "soccer is opportunity".  Together with KICS she hopes to build our International Tour experiences and enhance and expand local programming.

Quinn is a Certified Public Accountant and manages a diversified client base focusing primarily in the manufacturing and distribution, private equity, retail, transportation, insurance, real estate, oil and gas, and consulting industries.
